The Bag Catch.
The BagCatch is a convenient way to carry your dog’s poop bag while while out on walks.
Created by designers of the the Valhaden Team.
Starting with a hand made prototype fabricated by our CEO Shawn, I taught myself CNC machining, plasma cutting, tool steel heat treating and tool and die punch design to produce the final tooling.

The form factor of the bag catch made it particularly challenging to design the punch/stamping steps. After lots of testing, it came down to a six step process not including the pre and post processing.
